We want you to love your purchase from Shop Skandi! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns in exchange for in-store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
- Tags must be attached
- Free from any stains, including makeup or deodorant
- No pet hair or other signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not accepted but you may return your item(s) in exchange for store credit within the 14-day return window. Items must meet the criteria above in order to be eligible for in-store credit.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
In-store credit
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status. If your return is approved, your in-store credit will be issued to your email within 3-5 business days.
Please note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello.shopskandi@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description before purchasing.
